One to one mentoring
One to one mentoring (also known as coaching, companioning or guiding)
One way in which we can view a mentor, is to view them as an anchor in the storm; a point of safety in uncertain or even scary times.
A mentor can help you to spread out your (self ) work, making things seem less overwhelming and celebrating achievements with you along the way.
You will be empowered by doing your own self work, returning to check in, and 'anchor' with your mentor regularly for direction, guidance, support, and celebration.

In our sessions, we will look at your daily spiritual practice.
Perhaps you don't currently have one, and so we may explore different practices to see what works for you.
You will have the opportunity to look at your current lifestyle, your sense of belonging, community and your purpose in this life.
We may also look at your experience of care and compassion and how you self reflect.

Whatever we do, I can assure you that you will be held in a safe, confidential space, free of judgement.
